# How do I invest in the opportunities offered by Raizers ?

* Go to the [__Opportunities__](https://app.raizers.com/projects) page to view all opportunities currently open for investment or coming soon.

For private debt opportunities, please ensure your Raizers account has sufficient funds. It must contain at least the amount you wish to invest.
For other opportunities, your Raizers account does not need to have a balance.

* Select the opportunity you wish to invest in and click on “**Invest in this opportunity**”.

Depending on the type of opportunity you wish to invest in, you will be redirected to:
* __For private property debt__: a questionnaire to determine your investor profile. Once you have completed this questionnaire, you will be able to invest in your chosen opportunity. You will be asked to confirm your investment and will then be redirected to the page where you can generate your subscription form. To confirm your investment, you must validate this subscription form. Once validated, your investment will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

**Once the questionnaires have been completed, you will not need to fill them in again for each new investment.**
