# My Raizers account

1. **The funds aren’t showing up in my account**

I’ve made a bank transfer to top up my account, but the credited funds aren’t showing up in my Raizers account: when funds are credited via bank transfer, a standard **interbank processing time** applies, so the funds aren’t credited to your account straight away.

2. **I can’t top up my account**

You want to top up your account but are unable to do so. Please check that your profile has been verified and that your bank isn’t blocking the transaction.

3. **Transaction summary**
