# SmartInvest

It is a tool that automates your investments according to criteria you set (rate, term, type of transaction, etc.), whilst leaving the final decision to approve each investment with you.

As soon as a transaction meets your criteria, SmartInvest automatically suggests that you invest in it, but you retain control over the final approval of each investment: the tool does not make decisions for you; it simply facilitates and speeds up your decision-making by presenting you with relevant transactions based on your preferences.

Rather than manually reviewing every available investment, SmartInvest allows you to spread your capital across several projects in line with your risk profile, without having to spend time monitoring the market on a daily basis.

From your personal account, you can select your preferences (minimum rate, duration, type of investment, type of provider, amount per project).

The minimum investment is **€100 per investment**.

### ${color}[#3faae1](Can I change my criteria after activating My SmartInvest?)
To change your criteria, you’ll need to close your current SmartInvest and set up a new one.

With a single click, directly from your My SmartInvest dashboard. You can pause it, reactivate it or close it whenever you wish.

### ${color}[#3faae1](How am I notified when a subscription proposal is generated?)
You’ll receive a notification by email and in the notifications section of your Raizers account.

### ${color}[#3faae1](Can I decline a proposal even if it meets my criteria?)
Yes, you’re free to approve or decline each subscription.

### ${color}[#3faae1](Does my Raizers account need to have sufficient funds to approve a subscription?)
Yes, your account must be funded before the launch of a new campaign so that a subscription can be created via SmartInvest.

### ${color}[#3faae1](Can I invest an amount different from the one I’ve set via My SmartInvest?)
To invest an amount different from the one you set via your SmartInvest, you will need to invest via the standard subscription process. You can close your current SmartInvest and set up a new one if you wish to change the amount invested per campaign.

### ${color}[#3faae1](Is there an investment limit via My SmartInvest?)
There is no specific limit, but you remain subject to regulatory limits and the funds available in your account.

### ${color}[#3faae1](What happens if a campaign is oversubscribed? Am I guaranteed to receive my share?)
Raizers does not guarantee that you will receive an offer for every campaign that matches your criteria. This is because, for each published campaign, a **quota dedicated to My SmartInvest** is determined in advance. Offers are then allocated at random to investors whose criteria match the requirements.
