# What are the risks involved ?

### ${color}[#3faae1](What risks do you face when investing in a property crowdfunding campaign?)

*Investing in securities issued by unlisted companies involves specific risks*

**A risk of illiquidity**: liquidity refers to the ease with which you can resell your securities after subscribing to them. The securities you subscribe to on Raizers are, in the short term, unlikely to be traded on a secondary market, i.e. a market for the buying and selling of existing financial assets (or the ‘second-hand market’). You may therefore not be able to sell them when you wish to.
**A risk of capital loss**, whether partial or total, as the return on investment depends on the success of the funded project. When subscribing to bonds, the risk and return profile is asymmetrical. The higher the potential return, the greater the risk associated with this investment.
**Tax risk**: before the end of your investment, new tax rules may be imposed on the income received from your investment. This could potentially reduce its return.
Inflation risk: the value of the capital invested through the subscription to bonds and the interest received at maturity may depreciate over the life of your investment. This could potentially reduce its return.

Please note that the four risks outlined above are not exhaustive and are provided for information purposes only.

All projects featured on the Raizers platform have been analysed and approved by our analysts. In all cases, Raizers advises you to diversify your investments and to prioritise investing sums that you will not need in the future.
