# What should I do if I've forgotten my password ?

1. On the Raizers account login page, click on “**Forgot your password?**”

1. You’ll be redirected to a page where you’ll need to enter the email address linked to your Raizers account. Then click on “**Send a link**”.
2. An email will be sent to you; in it, you must click on “**Reset your password**”.
3. Enter your new password twice. It must be __**at least 8 characters long**__.
4. Click on “**Save**”. If you are logged back into your Raizers account, this means your password has been successfully reset.
