# Why haven't I received my sponsorship bonus?

### ${color}[#3faae1](Why haven't I received my sponsorship bonus?)

There are several conditions for the sponsorship bonus to be paid:

* The sponsor and the sponsored person must be investors on Raizers;
* The operation in which the sponsored person has invested must be funded and closed.

If you have entered the code of one of our partner sponsors:

* Your sponsoship bonus is paid after the operation in which you have invested is funded

There may be a delay between the moment the operation is funded and the payment of the sponsorship bonus.

On your profile, in the "My account" tab, a line "Sponsorship bonus payment" will appear in your table and your Raizers account will be credited with the amount of the bonus.
