# Why I can't debit my account ?

If you are unable to make a withdrawal from your account, the most common reason is that your investor profile has not yet been verified on the platform. Until this verification is complete, access to investment transactions remains blocked.

Two steps are generally required to validate your account:
**Upload your supporting documents:**From your personal account, submit the requested documents (proof of identity, proof of address, etc.)
Complete your investor profile:Answer all the questions in the investor questionnaire, which is essential for assessing your situation and objectives before you are allowed to invest.
