Discover Raizers

Founded in 2014 by Maxime Pallain and Grégoire Linder and based in Paris and Geneva, Raizers is an investment platform that provides access – from as little as €100 via SmartInvest – to private property debt deals led by property developers and property dealers.

In addition to private property debt, Raizers now offers life insurance policies, enabling investors to diversify their assets. This offering is part of Raizers’ commitment to broadening its range of wealth management solutions, from direct investment to long-term savings.

Initially authorised in France by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), Raizers has since expanded its operations to Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal and Italy, enabling its investors to finance projects based in these various countries.

Raizers has to date raised around 445 million euros to finance 450 projects, with an average annual return paid to investors of around 10 per cent.

The team

Its team consists of 16 people: the two founders, Maxime Pallain and Grégoire Linder; a sales and investor relations team; an analysis team; a legal team; and a marketing and communications team.
The teams are based in Paris, Geneva, Lyon and Madrid.
