How do I invest in an opportunity ?

Go to the Opportunities page to view all opportunities currently open for subscription or due to launch.

For private debt opportunities, please check that your Raizers account has sufficient funds. It must hold at least the amount you wish to invest.
For other opportunities, your Raizers account does not need to have sufficient funds.

Select the opportunity you wish to invest in and click on “Invest in this opportunity”.
Depending on the type of opportunity you wish to invest in, you will be redirected to:
- For private property debt: a questionnaire to determine your investor profile. Once you have completed this questionnaire, you will be able to invest in your chosen opportunity. You will be asked to confirm, after which you will be redirected to the page where your subscription form is generated. To confirm your investment, you must validate this subscription form. Once validated, your investment is duly recorded and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Once the questionnaires have been completed, you will no longer need to complete them for each new investment.
