My personal information - company account

I have a company account and am having problems uploading my supporting documents



My trade register extract has been refused

You have uploaded your Kbis extract and it has been refused by the platform.
Check that it is less than 3 months old and that the company name specified on it is identical to the one you entered in the "My details" section. If this is the case, please contact us by email at contact@raizers.com or by phone at 01 83 62 21 21.

My statutes have been rejected

You have uploaded your company's articles of association which have been rejected by the platform.
Check that the information available on the document is identical to that which you entered in the "My information" section and that the document is certified as being compliant. If this is the case, please contact us by email on contact@raizers.com or by telephone on 01 83 62 21 21.

Validation of the declaration of beneficial owners

If you are the sole beneficial owner of the company, tick the box "I certify, as the legal representative, that I am the sole beneficial owner of the company" and click on "Save". Then click on "Validate my declaration" then "Send my declaration".

If there is more than one beneficial owner, click on "Add a beneficial owner", fill in the details of one of the beneficial owners and click on "Save". Click again on "Add a beneficial owner", fill in the information of another beneficial owner and click on "Save". Repeat the operation until all the beneficial owners are registered and then click on "Validate my declaration" and "Send my declaration".
