What is Raizers?
Founded in 2014 by Maxime Pallain and Grégoire Linder and based in Paris and Geneva, Raizers is a real estate crowdfunding platform allowing individuals and professionals to invest from €1,000 in real estate operations.
First accredited in France by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Raizers subsequently opened its doors in Switzerland, Belgium* and Luxembourg. Thus, investors can participate in the financing of operations located in these different countries.
Raizers has now raised €445 million to finance 445 operations, with an average annual return to investors of around 10%.

The team
Raizers is a young and fast growing company. Its team consists of 16 people: the two founders, Maxime Pallain and Grégoire Linder, a sales and investor relations team, an analysis team, a legal team and a marketing and communication team.
The teams are based in Paris, Geneva, Lyon, and Madrid.
