How do I change my personal data?
I made a mistake in some data but I can't change it
Some fields are blocked for modification as they impact the validation of your profile with our payment provider. If you have made a mistake in your first name, last name, date of birth or nationality, please contact us by phone or email so that we can make the necessary changes.
I want to change my email address
When you change your email address from your personal space, a validation email is sent to your new address. Simply click on the link in the email to validate your new address.
I have filled in my information but it has not been saved
Each time you make a change, remember to click on "Save" at the bottom of the page to save your data.
