I can't upload my supporting documents

If an error message appears when you upload your document, it is likely that the format is not correct. The formats taken into account:
PDF format
JPEG, PNG or JPG
be between 32 Kb and 7 Mb
be in colour
avoid photocopies, prefer photographs to scans


My proof of identity was refused by the platform

You have uploaded your credential to your profile but it has been rejected. There are several reasons for this refusal:

document not readable: Your document is blurred, cropped, there is a reflection, all information on the document is not legible.
the information on the document does not match the information on your Raizers profile: perhaps you have reversed your first and last names, your wife's name appears on your identity document, etc. In this case, please contact us.
incomplete document: you have only uploaded the front or back of the ID document. You must upload the front and the back in the first box or the front in the left box and the back in the right box.

Make sure you follow these rules and upload the new documents.
