• How do I set my investment criteria (rate, type, operator, etc.)?

From your personal account, you can choose your preferences (minimum rate, duration, type of transaction, type of operator, amount per project).

• What is the minimum amount per investment via My SmartInvest?

The minimum ticket is €100 per transaction.

• Can I change my criteria after activating My SmartInvest?

To change your criteria, you will need to close your current SmartInvest and set up a new one.

• How do I pause or close My SmartInvest?

With a single click, directly in your My SmartInvest dashboard. You can pause, reactivate or close it whenever you want.

• How am I notified when a subscription proposal is generated?

You will receive a notification by email and in the notification area of your Raizers account.

• Can I refuse a proposal even if it meets my criteria?

Yes, you are free to accept or decline each subscription.

• Does my Raizers account need to have sufficient funds to approve a subscription?

Yes, your account must be funded before a new operation is launched in order for a subscription to be created via SmartInvest.

• Can I invest an amount different from the one I defined via My SmartInvest?

To invest an amount other than the one you have set via your SmartInvest, you will need to invest via the traditional subscription process. You can close and set up a new SmartInvest if you wish to change the amount invested per operation.

• Is there an investment limit via My SmartInvest?

There is no specific limit, but you are still subject to regulatory limits and your available funds.

• What happens if an operation is oversubscribed? Am I guaranteed to get my ticket?

Raizers does not guarantee that you will receive an offer for every operation that meets your criteria. For each operation published, a **quota dedicated to My SmartInvest **is determined in advance. Offers are then randomly allocated to investors whose criteria match.
