How do I change my personal details?

To access your personal details, click on the circle in the top right-hand corner and then on ‘My profile’.

I’ve made a mistake in some of my details but I can’t change them

Some fields cannot be edited as they affect the validation of your profile by our payment provider. If you’ve made a mistake with your first name, surname, date of birth or nationality, please contact us by phone or email so that we can make the necessary changes. If any of this information is changed and your account has already been verified, you’ll be asked to provide the details required to verify your account again.

I’d like to change my email address

When you change your email address via your personal account, a verification email will be sent to your new address. Simply click on the link in the email to verify your new address.

I’ve entered my details but they haven’t been saved

Whenever you make a change, please remember to click on “Save” at the bottom of the page to save your details.
