What should I do if I've forgotten my password ?

  1. On the Raizers account login page, click on “Forgot your password?”


  1. You’ll be redirected to a page where you’ll need to enter the email address linked to your Raizers account. Then click on “Send a link”.
  2. An email will be sent to you; in it, you must click on “Reset your password”.
  3. Enter your new password twice. It must be at least 8 characters long.
  4. Click on “Save”. If you are logged back into your Raizers account, this means your password has been successfully reset.
