Why haven’t I received my referral bonus?

There are several conditions that must be met for the referral bonus to be paid:

• Both the referrer and the referred person must be investors on Raizers;
• The campaign in which the referred person has invested must be funded.

If you entered the code of one of our partner referrers:

• Your referral bonus is paid once the project you invested in has been funded

There may be a delay between the project being funded and the referral bonus being paid.

Where can I check whether I have received my referral bonus?

In your profile, under the “My Account” tab, a line labelled “Referral bonus payment” will appear in your table and your Raizers account will be credited with the bonus amount.
