I’m having problems with my Raizers account


  1. The funds aren’t showing up in my account


I’ve made a bank transfer to top up my account, but the credited funds aren’t showing up in my Raizers account: when funds are credited via bank transfer, a standard interbank processing time applies, so the funds aren’t credited to your account straight away.


  1. I can’t top up my account


You want to top up your account but are unable to do so. Please check that your profile has been verified and that your bank isn’t blocking the transaction.
